Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Must be licensed by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the field of acute, adult mental health
• Two (2) years of work experience in the behavioral health field
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Required CPI upon hire; CPR prior to hire

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Social Worker for the Behavioral Health Service Line’s Consultation Service functions in the role assisting the patient and family and interdisciplinary team through the care episode.
• Primary duties in addition to any discharge planning activities include individual, group, and family therapy to the adult population, communicating with the patients, assisting in the development of a specific treatment plan that reflects the therapeutic intervention to address the patient’s needs.
• Provides services through the Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Service.
