Leprino is seeking an LMS Administrator within our Learning and Organizational Development Team located in Denver. This position will play a key role in leading the administration of our learning management system to ensure an effective and engaging learning environment for our employees. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the system architecture of the LMS to ensure we are not only compliant, but also innovative in our approach to our learning system.

  • Manage the configuration and daily operations of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assign, review, test, and troubleshoot courses within the LMS to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Maintain and enhance the LMS structure to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Organize and oversee content and curriculum assignments based on job-specific criteria, regularly auditing for accuracy and troubleshooting issues.
  • Partner with HRIS and business intelligence teams to create and deliver meaningful training reports and analytics.
  • Keep training records updated and provide accurate reports for internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to LMS users, including plant leads and other system administrators.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure curriculum remains relevant and assignments are appropriate for a variety of audiences.
  • Respond promptly to system-related issues and internal customer requests to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Continuously explore and implement improvements to streamline learning processes and maximize LMS capabilities.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional and/or Educational Technology, Computer Science, Training and Development, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning Management System administration, HR systems, or L&OD management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
  • Previous experience working with SuccessFactors LMS or other enterprise learning systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs using LMS technology.
