About The Position
Detailed oriented, tech-savvy analyst that supports the management and optimization of both our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Learning systems and helping the organization deliver effective training programs through participating in testing and loading learning objects, managing user access and supporting our employees in their learning journey. Works with various Global Learning Development and Business Line representatives to test and implement learning system configurations for course content, instructor led/web-based training, tests, evaluations, and training assignments to ensure system functionality is aligned with the learning goals and requirements of the organization.
