Requirements

• Passion for a simple, seamless user experience.
• Highly skilled in LMS/KMS management, configuration, design, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with the principles of integration between digital systems.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Knowledge of basic data security principles.
• Strong ability to gather data and parse it into usable reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, design, and troubleshoot LMS/KMS.
• Gather data and parse it into usable reports.
• Translate business needs into blended learning experiences following a digital learning path.
