Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities -Compliance with NYS Mental Hygiene, the Department's Policy and Procedures manual, and other laws pertinent to person-centered patient care, clinical record maintenance, child abuse/neglect reporting, confidentiality, and documentation. -Adheres to the department's Risk Management policies and practices. -Provides person centered and trauma informed care in clinic setting in accordance with the program's Operating Certificate and determined by the clinical need. -Able to provide group, individual, and family therapy. -Collaborates with outside agencies, programs, doctors, schools, and services. -Efficiently incorporates case management duties within work to enhance patient care. -Establishes regular communication with the interdisciplinary team for the care of identified client. -Actively participates in team meetings, supervision, agency trainings, high risk case conferences, and incorporates feedback into clinical practice. -Attends at least 4 trainings per year to enhance clinical practice, professional development, expertise, and self-awareness. -Meets productivity expectation set by the department. Demonstrates effective time management including adhering to work shift schedule and management of patient appointments, scheduling and documentation. -Adheres to the department's outreach policy and procedures. -Other duties as assigned by management. Education & Requirements Master’s degree required. Must comply with all NYS Mental Hygiene regulations, departmental policies, and applicable laws regarding documentation, confidentiality, clinical record maintenance, and reporting. NYS Licensure required: LMHC-D, LCSW, or LMSW.
