About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical counseling and a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will provide therapeutic services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster positive change and enhance emotional well-being.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid LMFT/LPCC/LSW license in the state of California.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and clinical counseling principles.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in social work or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in a supportive and confidential environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy and clinical counseling through ongoing professional development.
