This position is responsible for preparing food items over hot equipment and maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness according to the specifications provided by management.

Requirements

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Punctual, reliable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to be productive during slow periods
  • Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.)
  • Able to stand for long periods (5+ hrs.)
  • Able to bend/squat and reach
  • Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information
  • Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook
  • Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food and beverage standard training operating procedures
  • Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
  • Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a welcoming manner
  • Assist guests as needed
  • Set up and breakdown of workstation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment: refrigeration, fryers, griddles, ovens, food warmers, soda fountains, etc.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels at workstation
  • Prepare food items according to menu specifications, portion sizes and proper cooking temperatures
  • Keep work space clean and organized; sweeping, cleaning tables, emptying trash, washing dishes
  • Restock product as needed
  • Run cash register as needed
  • Abide by standards set forth by ServSafe, NH Health Dept, and In Park Revenue management
  • Be knowledgeable of the food products used
  • Be friendly and focused on guest experience
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
