The purpose of this position is to supervise and control Fryer Production functions in a manner conducive to promoting a consistent high quality product at the least cost on Foster Farms PNW company owned and contract ranches. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to manage constant change, multiple schedules and tasks and can provide consistent support of the company’s policies and values when confronted by distressed contract growers and employees. This employee must be able to independently develop and persistently execute programs for growers, employees and support areas within the company and must be willing to accept responsibility for their actions.
