About The Position

The Live Stream Host at we.shop.LIVE is responsible for driving sales through engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok. This role involves captivating viewers, responding to their inquiries in real-time, and fostering a sense of community while maintaining a professional brand image. The Host will showcase products, highlight key features, and encourage purchases, contributing to the overall growth of the e-commerce agency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales & retail experience.
• Retail experience in Fashion, Cosmetics, Skincare, Card Games, and/or Cookware and Kitchen Appliances.
• Proven experience as a live stream or similar role; familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms preferred.
• Action-oriented, results-driven with a strong on-camera presence.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to think quickly, respond to live interactions, and manage spontaneous situations professionally.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and marketing techniques.
• Basic technical skills to manage live streaming setups and troubleshoot minor issues.

Responsibilities

• Understand live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase products, demonstrate features, and highlight promotions.
