About The Position
• Assist the host in preparing for live streams: check equipment, sort out products, and prepare scripts and props. • Reply to audience comments in real time during live streams, guide audience attention, and maintain the live stream atmosphere. • Record live stream data (viewership, conversion rate, etc.) and sort out and summarize after the live stream. • Assist in preparing live stream promotional materials and completing post-live stream follow-up work. • Manage live stream products: update product links, adjust display order, and ensure the accuracy of product information.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills and patient service awareness.
- Careful, responsible, with strong execution ability and ability to handle trivial matters.
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to the live stream schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Familiar with TikTok operation and live stream tools (preferred).
