About The Position

The Live Production Intern collaborates with our Event Producers, Production Managers, Coordinators, and Experience team to create engaging meeting and events for our clients. Daily tasks may include coordinating project assets, various pre-production tasks as well as on site event experience.

Requirements

Ability to work 24-40 hours per week in the Harrisburg office
Located within driving distance of our Harrisburg, PA facility
Completion of college courses in relevant subjects
Available to work evenings and weekends
Open to travel
Specific positions will have additional requirements

Responsibilities

Support Event Producers and Event Production Managers with event projects to execute the deliverables and coordinate all different aspects of live and virtual events
Support the production of content that could be distributed over multiple media formats, ensuring that all project deliverables meet JPL quality standards prior to release
Assist in preparing written communications such as project documentation, meeting agendas, and tracking documents
Support pre-production meetings for all events
Assist with the setup, testing, and operation of event technology, including audiovisual equipment, lighting systems, and presentation tools to ensure seamless event execution.
Support technical crews during load-in, show, and load-out, including cable management and equipment troubleshooting.
Work on multiple client projects with changing priorities and timelines/deadlines
All other responsibilities as assigned
