About The Position
A warm and caring couple living in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a temporary night nanny to care for their 4-month-old son. The position will start early January and will initially be for 4-months, with the option to extend if needed. The schedule will be 10-hour nights, 6-days per week. This is a live-out position, so the candidate must be local to the area. Their son is currently sleeping 4-6 hours per night before waking for a feed. He will then fall back to sleep until the morning. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, engaging, and energetic, discreet, and knowledgeable about childhood development. A day nanny will be joining the team in January and will be working in tandem with the night nanny, so great communication skills will be required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with overnight care
- Discreet and willing to enter into a NDA
- Warm and caring personality
- This is a live-out position, so the candidate must be local to the Fort Lauderdale area
- Candidates should be certified in infant/child CPR
- Legal to work in the US
- Excellent references
- Fluent English speaking
- This is a pet friendly household with the family owning a mini Berna-doodle hypoallergenic dog
- Candidates should have previous experience in night nanny roles
Responsibilities

Benefits
- $40-$60 per hour, based on experience
