About The Position
A lovely family visiting Los Angeles is looking for a local nanny to join for the month of February at their home in Beverly Hills. They have one baby who will be 10-months-old at the start and one two-year-old. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week, with 3 days 9am-6pm and 2 days 12-9pm with flexibility for some later evenings and weekend work with notice. The family’s current BAHS nanny will be ending January 30 so there may be a day or two of overlap prior to start date.
Requirements
- Warm and nurturing personality
- Punctual and reliable
- Team player who is comfortable working with involved parents who will be in and out of the home
- Willing and able to maintain the children’s current schedule
- Currently already local in Los Angeles and within commuting distance from Beverly Hills
- Available for the duration, month of February, Monday through Friday
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with a large friendly golden retriever in the home
- Legal to work in the US
- Trustline certified, or willing to certify before start date
Responsibilities
- Full-childcare including making/washing/sanitizing bottles
- Cooking for both children
- Maintaining the children’s current sleeping routines and schedules
- Providing an overall safe, warm, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Light housekeeping related to the children including child laundry
- Keeping common areas tidy and organized
- Restocking child items such as diapers and wipes
