We have an incredible family in Woodstock is seeking a full\-time, dependable, and caring nanny to support their household during a tender season. The role centers on caring for four school\-aged children, ages 4, 5, 11, and 13, with two older girls and two younger boys. The family is looking for a steady presence to help maintain consistency, structure, and care for the children while he continues working. All children are in school, and the family is hoping to find someone who can step in with compassion, maturity, and flexibility, offering both childcare and light household support to help the home run smoothly during this transition. The position follows a split\-shift schedule during the school year, with hours from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to assist with morning routines, school preparation, and drop\-offs, followed by a break mid\-day, and then returning from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to handle school pick\-ups, afternoon care, homework support, and early evening routines. During the summer months, the schedule will shift to more traditional straight\-through days. The father will guarantee 40 hours per week, and the position offers a competitive salary of $62,000\-$68,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable, and confident managing multiple children, while also being respectful of the emotional needs of a family navigating grief and change.
