Requirements

• A master's degree or above.
• Passionate, committed, self-starter with high level of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency, with a willingness to learn from global team members at all levels.
• Team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily data monitoring and analysis of core products such as Path of Exile 2 and Dying Light.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement product strategies.
• Contribute to improving key KPIs and overall project performance.
• Support daily monitoring of public opinion on key products and maintain player communities.
• Participate in and take charge of various operational activities for new products, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional planning and execution.
