Responsibilities

• Review and spot check of Client's Case Break listings
• Review of Client's Live Case Break events
• Review and enforcement of policy
• Process coordination across program management, incentives, and onboarding
• Managing administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating communication between teams
