Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in caregiving preferred.
Previous experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
Flexible schedule, including availability for live-in shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status.
Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
