British American Household StaffingAspen, CO
50d

About The Position

A warm, close-knit family is seeking a live-in nanny to provide full-time care and support across two households in Aspen, CO. The residences are a 10-minute drive apart. This is a unique position where two adult siblings will be participating in a nanny share. The role primarily focuses on one household (approximately 85% of the time) and involves caring for a 19-month-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. There will be occasional opportunities to assist/care for an additional 5-year-old boy during afternoons for play once a week and one evening per week, either together or one-on-one. The accommodations will be on the property of the family and consist of a 2-bedroom private guest house. Due to privacy and security reasons, the candidate will not be allowed to have guests on site or a pet. The schedule will be flexible based on the family’s needs; however, 2 days off per week will be given, and the average work week when the boys are in school will be 40 to 45 hours. During the summer months, the schedule will be heavier with travel and activities. Overnight care and travel are a requirement of this position. The nanny will not always have all 3 children at one time, and there will be downtime during the day. The family is looking for someone long-term who will be vested in the children and be an integral part of their life’s journey. Local candidates preferred; however, relocation is being offered for the right person.
