The Live-In Life Skills Coach provides quality active supports, care, and supervision necessary to help individuals with developmental disabilities realize their full potential while living in a residential home of The Arc of Anchorage. The Life Skills Coach ensures the health, safety, and well-being of each individual in the home. Additionally, the Life Skills Coach ensures that the homes are well maintained and cared for. The worksite for this job will be located in a residential home of The Arc. The Live-In Life Skills Coach works five consecutive days of 24-hour shifts.
