Requirements

Valid New York State HHA certification or equivalent training.

Background check clearance and CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Administer medication and monitor client health status under supervision.
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.
