Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Good communication skills for documenting care and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Live with the person served and provide direct support services.
• Assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities.
• Create lasting positive impacts on people's lives.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage individuals to reach their goals.
• Document care and follow support plans.
• Collaborate with both internal and external team members.

• Fixed Rate: $18.50/hr.
