Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for Helping Others.
  • Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Good communication skills for documenting care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing support services and assistance to individuals in their homes.
  • Create lasting positive impacts on people's lives.
  • Coach, mentor, and encourage others to reach their goals.
  • Document care and follow support plans.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external team members.
