About The Position

BrightStar Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable live-in caregivers who are willing to travel to serve clients in Rochester, the Twin Cities, and Duluth. This role involves providing one-on-one care in a home setting, supporting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized attention. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. We’re looking for individuals who are flexible, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care across multiple regions. Live in caregivers are an 7 days on 7 days off schedule. Requirements

Current CNA certification.
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
