About The Position

Masonicare at Home is seeking Live In Caregivers to provide care and support to clients throughout the state of Connecticut. This role involves working on 24/7 assignments with time off provided upon request. Caregivers will earn $272.00 per day and will have the opportunity to work either live-in or hourly live-out. Many clients are located in Masonicare facilities across Connecticut, including Wallingford, Mystic, Chester, Shelton, Farmington, and Newington, as well as community-based clients.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• No CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities.
• Assist clients after hospital or rehabilitation discharge.
• Support clients during hospice or end-of-life care.
• Monitor and care for clients with Alzheimer's disease.
• Help clients maintain safety and independence at home.
