Requirements

• 2+ years caregiver experience (CNA preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and follow a care plan
• Reliable, patient, and self-directed
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
• Medication reminders only (no setup or administration)
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Run errands as requested
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Document care provided accurately
