Requirements
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Knowledgeable in Lewy Body Dementia care
- Experienced with mechanical lifts
- Comfortable with basic cooking and housekeeping
- A strong communicator who leads with kindness
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & up-to-date auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen
- Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
Responsibilities
- Offering companionship, conversation, and a friendly presence
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
- Helping with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Preparing meals and snacks with care
- Light housekeeping to keep the home safe and cozy
- Medication reminders
- Running errands and assisting with shopping
- Supporting and educating family members on safe care techniques
