Job Summary: Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on someone's life? We are seeking a compassionate live-in caregiver to join a wonderful couple of ladies living in a three-bedroom apartment in Spring Lake Park, MN. In return for your invaluable support, you will receive monthly rent reimbursement and a food stipend, creating an exceptional opportunity! Please note that you will need to sign a one-year lease and qualify to live in the building. As a caregiver, you will provide direct support based on your availability, whether part-time or full-time, with competitive compensation. Your availability from 5 AM to 8 AM, Monday through Friday, will help implement a 24-hour support plan designed to enhance the individuals' daily experiences. We are looking for a caregiver who enjoys building connections through engaging interactions, communication, and fun activities. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
- Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strength in flexibility and problem solving
