Requirements
- At least one (1) year of professional caregiving experience within the past two (2) years
- A valid State ID or Driver’s License
- Reliable access to a smartphone for communication and documentation
- The ability to pass a background check
- A compassionate, dependable nature and a strong commitment to quality care
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence
- Supporting mobility and independence, including the use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts
- Assisting with transportation to appointments and running errands
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities and conversation
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s condition
