We are currently seeking live-in caregivers for two weekend positions providing one-on-one, in-home care in Ashford and Groton, Connecticut. These are consistent opportunities where you will make a meaningful impact while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

As a live-in caregiver with CareCo, you will support your client in their home and help maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to cook simple meals
• Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable working independently in a live-in environment
• Able to follow care plans and instructions
• Available for one of the listed live-in schedules

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily routines
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Preparing simple meals
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Communicating with the CareCo team as needed
• Providing attentive presence and support throughout the day and overnight
