About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide high-quality care for an elderly client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elder care and a genuine commitment to supporting the client’s daily needs and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder care (required)
- Must be physically capable of assisting and supporting the client , including during walks and other mobility-related activities
- Strong communication skills are required, especially when interacting with the principal’s family
- Ability to provide attentive, patient, and respectful care
- Highly organized, discreet, and dependable
- Flexibility with schedule is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide mobility support, including walking assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Coordinate and manage vendors, doctor’s appointments, and additional support staff
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Benefits
- Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year , based on experience
