About The Position

Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care Flexible Shifts | Supportive Team | Thousand Oaks The client is a sweet female in her 80s that has osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. She does physical therapy exercises and is able to walk with a walker. She requires supervision due to her fall risk, meal prep, assistance with bathing, changing diapers and light cleaning. The schedule is 24/7 and will be split by 2-3 live-in caregivers. A private room and bed will be provided with 6-8 hours of dedicated sleep time. Pay is a base of $17/hr with 9 hours of regular time and 15 hours of overtime adding up to a daily rate of approximately $535.50. Why Choose Our Agency? Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
  • Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
  • Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
  • Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
  • Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
  • Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
