About The Position

The position is for a live-in caregiver who will provide assistance to three elderly individuals, including a couple with dementia and another bed-bound individual. The caregiver will stay for 24 hours over two or three days, focusing on personal care routines and ensuring the well-being of the elderly. The role requires a compassionate individual who can handle the physical demands of caregiving while maintaining a stable mental state.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Clear of Covid-19 with documentation required.
• CPR certification and TB clearance are mandatory.
• Stable mental ability to handle patients' behavior.
• Physically capable of lifting patients when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving for elderly individuals, especially those with dementia.
• Ability to cook and prepare meals for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to elderly individuals.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Help with mobility and transfers of patients when necessary.
