Live Events Operations Manager
About The Position
Our client is a large-scale events and promotions organization producing high-impact live experiences across the country. They are seeking a hands-on Live Events Operations Manager to lead execution from planning through on-site delivery. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring complex events to life. Why This Role You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact events and will have ownership from planning through execution. This is an opportunity to operate at scale and be a key driver of live event success.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in live event operations, production, or logistics
- Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-city events
- Experience negotiating with venues and managing vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, live environments
- Willingness to travel ~50%
Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of live events across multiple markets
- Venue sourcing and negotiation (hotels, theaters, stadiums)
- Vendor management across A/V, staging, catering, security, and logistics partners
- Travel coordination for staff, vendors, and talent
- On-site leadership including load-in, execution, and load-out
- Budget tracking and cost management
