Requirements

• Applicants should be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sport Business/Management or Event/Hospitality Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to work well within a team and come up with creative solutions in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Availability during non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interest in soccer and sports is a plus.
• A sense of humor is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with match day/event management and the setup/breakdown of all games and stadium events.
• Assist with the execution of requests from home team, visiting team, and referees, collaborating with the venue and other departments.
• Learn and assist with matchday operations, match presentation, and competition elements.
• Collaborate with fellow associates to execute all event and match day operations for MLS Next Pro.
• Learn how to maintain and execute all elements pertaining to an MLS Next Pro match, including budgeting.
• Problem-solve quickly in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing circumstances on match day.
• Create and provide a positive and open-minded work environment.
• Participate in Live Events and any third-party sporting events hosted at Inter & Co Stadium.
