About The Position
Super Soccer Stars is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Little Medical School Instructor at the 7 Arrows School in Santa Ana. This role involves teaching young children foundational concepts about medicine, health, and science through fun, interactive, and educational activities. Nice To Haves
- Experience: Previous experience coaching youth sports or teaching in a classroom/camp setting is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead interactive lessons and activities related to medical science and health for young children
- Create a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment
- Adapt curriculum to meet the developmental needs of children
- Work closely with school staff and parents to support children's learning
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude to keep children engaged
- Facilitate Little Medical School programs where you’ll guide elementary-aged "students" through interactive role-play, teaching them how to use real medical tools (stethoscopes, reflex hammers) and understand how the body works.
- Maintain a safe, positive environment, manage equipment/supplies for both programs, and communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
