About The Position

At Veritext, we focus on the details – so legal teams can focus on the case. About the role: Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. In Litigation Support, you'll play a vital role in the litigation process assisting our clients with their data needs. You will be responsible for the intake and processing of transcripts, files and exhibits and making sure they are readily accessible to the client. We will hire at the Representative or Associate level pending experience.

Requirements

Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent eye for detail, an independent thinker, organized and able to multitask
Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Work closely with court reporters to process/produce deposition transcripts
Run quality control on vendor provided data, adhere to their instructions/notes and reconcile inconsistencies
Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely and confidentially in accordance with all state and federal regulations
Send deliverables electronically to clients and assist them with accessing their data through proprietary software
Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to court reporters
