Nelson Mullins is seeking a litigation practice assistant in our Huntington office to support paralegals and attorneys in a range of matters in state and federal court. The ideal candidate will have a year or more litigation experience in a law firm, including a general understanding of a paralegal's role in the litigation life cycle or will have recently obtained their paralegal certification.
