About The Position

MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of
excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states.

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Litigation team in
Nashville. Ideal candidates will have 7 or more years of practice experience and
must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Initiative and the ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• 7 or more years of practice experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
