We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Nashville office, supporting our Personal Injury Auto Accidents division. This is a hands-on role that requires significant litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases from intake through trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates attorney needs, and provides a high level of client service.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury, preferably auto accident cases.
• Strong knowledge of Tennessee civil procedure and e-filing systems.
• Exceptional drafting, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation docket of personal injury auto accident cases, from filing through resolution.
• Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, and settlement documents.
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal and factual research in support of case strategy.
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and witness files for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Track court deadlines and ensure compliance with Tennessee civil procedure and local rules.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files in the firm’s case management system.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including attending trial as needed.
