About The Position
HERS Advisors has partnered with a premiere boutique litigation firm who has an immediate need for a qualified Litigation Paralegal to work in their Downtown Los Angeles office (hybrid) .
Requirements
- MUST be able to comply with the requirements of California Business & Professions Code section 6450
- MUST be an intermediate to advanced user with standard business software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Nice To Haves
- Experience filing in state and federal court (including e-filing) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for depositions and trials.
- Organize and manage voluminous case documents.
- Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts.
- Create and format a wide variety of litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, pleadings, motion papers, declarations, and exhibits.
