About The Position
HERS Advisors has partnered with a reputable, California based law firm who has a need for a Litigation Paralegal to work in their Oakland, California office (hybrid) .
Requirements
- Ability to work and bill as a paralegal under California Business & Professions Code section 6450
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant experience in trial preparation and support
- In-depth knowledge of California legal procedures and court systems, with a strong understanding of litigation processes
- Proficient in legal research databases and technology used in trial preparation, such as case management software, exhibit presentation software, and PowerPoint
