About The Position

We are not a typical law firm. We are a small but elite team of litigators who are on the cutting edge of business litigation in Texas. Clients are successful forward-thinkers who expect first- rate service, strategic thinking, and exceptional results. We value collaboration, accountability, and results—and we reward those who consistently deliver excellence. We are seeking a driven Litigation paralegal who is ready to dedicate themselves to a challenging and rewarding career, not just a job. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be on the front lines, providing high-level support to our attorneys on complex, high-stakes business disputes. This role requires attention to detail and deadlines, the flexibility to work on multiple cases at a time, and a relentless work ethic. If you take pride in producing superior work under deadline constraints, this position offers a rare opportunity to grow alongside top-tier trial lawyers. We are looking for someone who measures success by results—not the clock. If you are motivated, disciplined, and ready to contribute at a high level, we encourage you to apply. Compensation: $70,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. We invest in top talent, and our compensation reflects that commitment.
