About The Position
HERS Advisors is working with a business litigation law firm in Sacramento, CA (hybrid) who is looking for a Litigation Paralegal . The Litigation Paralegal will perform legal research/writing, draft pleadings and discovery, including page-line summaries and motions in limine.
Requirements
- 2+ years litigation experience handling construction defect or insurance defense REQUIRED
- Strong Word, Outlook, Excel and Lexis experience REQUIRED
