About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Dallas office. The qualified candidate must have 3 or more years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal, preferably in a large law firm setting. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree and/or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate required. Experience in litigation support and case management. Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production. Experience preparing for and assisting at trial. Familiarity with the Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, all other professional staff. Provide support to attorneys with drafting pleadings, conducting factual and legal research, document review/analysis, preparing productions, preparing for hearings, depositions and mediations. Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery. Research, organize and summarize records, as needed, to assist in data gathering, including organizing of information and documents in databases. Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses. Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits and coordinating witnesses, coordinating requests with outside vendors, and live trial support. Other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
