About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and preferably be fluent in Spanish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to case management. Requirements
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury experience a plus) OR paralegal certification
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Bilingual (English, Spanish, Armenian, Russian)
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial
- Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, interrogatories, and motions
- Conduct legal research and organize and manage case files
- Maintain and update case management systems and calendars
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
- Translate legal documents and facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Coordinate depositions, hearings & trial prep
- Handle other case-related responsibilities as assigned
