The firm is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support their talented team of attorneys, who will be at the heart of the litigation process, working closely with clients, providers, and opposing counsel to ensure every case is handled with precision and care. This is a 100% on site position, as they believe this work is done best together.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience required
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.
• Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.
• Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required)

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years legal litigation experience preferred
• Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
• Personal injury experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Take charge of personal injury cases, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation.
• Work alongside one to three attorneys, offering your expertise and insights to drive case success.
• Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, making sure everyone stays informed and engaged.
• Bring your organizational skills and proactive attitude to manage documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently.
