About The Position
HERS Advisors has partnered with an industry leading law firm who has a need for a Litigation Paralegal to work in their Seattle, Washington office (just 2 days in office)!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, is required.
- 4+ years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal in a mid-size or large law firm, or corporate law department.
- Experience overseeing multiple case workflows simultaneously and managing large/complex projects.
- Prior experience with document databases, preparation and management.
- Experience with privilege logs and working with protective orders.
- Strong software skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Expert with document review systems (Relativity, PACER, LexisNexis, Westlaw, CourtLink, Shepard’s).
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Eminent Domain is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with OnCue or Trial Director is a plus.
