About The Position

A well Established California Litigation Law Firm with 5 offices across the State of California is seeking a Top Notch Civil Litigation Paralegal with Trial Experience to work on a long -term Temporary basis that could possibly become permanent, no guarantee.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years plus of Paralegal experience supporting Trial Attorneys
• Experienced and Seasoned Trial Paralegal in California Law
• Knows all phases of preparing for Trial:
• Exhibit and Witness Lists
• Jury Instructions
• Motion In Limine
• Pre-Trial Motions
• Opening statements
• Experience going to Court during Trial
• Must possess excellent research and writing skills
• Experienced in e-filing in local state courts
• Must handle confidential materials with discretion
• Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have experience with Relativity, iManage, CCC Macros, and iPro

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Trials
• Draft, review and revise legal documents/pleadings
• Format court pleadings according to court rules
• E-filing in various courts as needed
• Research and writing
• Communicate with Witnesses and Experts
