About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation, claims, and regulatory functions. Hybrid position with 3 days in office.
Requirements
- 6 years litigation support experience, including coordination with counsel, document review, and case management
- Certified Paralegal (CP/CLA), Advanced Paralegal Certification (APC), Registered Paralegal (RP), or Professional Paralegal (PP)
- Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests
- Experience cite-checking; must be able to Bluebook
- Experience making exhibits and supporting filings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn, work at a fast pace, and adapt to new subject matter areas
- Willingness to pick up tasks as needed to support a small in-house team
- Experience working both independently and as part of a small team
- Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with non-disclosure agreements is a plus but not required
