About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. You will perform help answer discovery, draft motions, conduct interviews of clients, and manage docket deadlines. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
• Familiarity with New Jersey courts and e-courts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Experience specifically in employment law is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including discovery and motions.
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Conduct interviews with clients and collect documents for discovery purposes.
• Provide general administrative support
• Communicate with clients and witnesses
• Maintain and update documentation
• Assist with discovery requests
